General diagnostics £10

Health check bundle, ideal if your product is running abit on the slow side -£30
Includes the following
Disk defragment
Virus scan (can also install anti-virus software  of required
Disc cleanup (removal of temporary files and unused software, done to customers specification)
Hardware cleanup (dust buildup can be a common cause for slow performance and overheating)

Operating system bundle, for when all else fails and your product needs a fresh start £40
Includes the following,(these services can also be requested individually if required prices listed- Data backup £10
Data recovery £20
Please note a £5 charge will be added for storage media such as memory sticks or you can supply your own
Complete Operating system install/reinstall £20
